COVID-19 impact on delivery
There is currently no big impact on our delivery services, however, some delays 'may' occur due to the limited staff processing orders in postal offices all around the world.
Shipping rates and delivery time estimates
We only ship to the following countries: The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, and Australia. All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends). After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification informing you that your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times (Delays caused by postal offices may occur due to COVID-19)
The United States: 3-6 business days
Canada: 4-6 business days
The United Kingdom: 7-9 business days
Australia: 6-10 business days
Tracking your shipment
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order by pasting it on a tracking website, Ex: www.17track.net.
Please allow 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking number’s status to become available. Tracking numbers may not indicate any status in the first 48 hours.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com. For faster assistance, please include your order number in your email.
